Useless company

Good day So after my 1st review old mutual email me saying they will investigate the mater and I'm being asked for documentation that I never received from them.

Superfund claims they made a payment into the old mutual money account and can't even provide me with a statement but they did send me certificate information on the transaction and I did send it to my money account it show when superfund transferred the money and the account details

How ever my money account keeps sending me emails asking I provide documents that I don't have how is it possible that they don't have all the documents of the transaction on their system with just my ID number I believe everything should appear on their system.

I've given my money account Brunch code Bank account Date of it was opened Bank name

And a certificate that shows the transaction from superfund into my money account, can please stop giving me the run around and asking for documents that I don't have I've given you everything that can help you with the investigation.

If old mutual my money account wants to Imply that I withdraw my money they should have proof as a bank or investigate bidvest and show me proof that I withdraw the money where and when, you guys at my money account are useless and ****mers.

Contact me via call since last week Thursday when you assured me you will do a proper investigation you've come up with nothing and keep sending me the same damn emails and I've given e you my full names Id number cell phone number the name of the bank the brunch code the account number and a certificate information on the transaction from superfund to my money account bidvest

After this review I'm writing to ombudsman and I'll let them handle this matter.
