Useless claims process

Old Mutual is absolutely useless!! They claim to have a seamless claims process, but there seems to be only one agent who fields calls (Mogammed) and he can't assist with anything- he transfers you to a department that seemingly doesn't exist because the phone rings unanswered. Absolutely pathetic service. I totally understand why that family dumped the body at their offices. Finally got through to a lady called Milal, she advised the case has been received and will only be looked at 48hrs!! Absolutely useless, FNB has a 6hr turn around period because they understand customer service- not this nonsense. Don't take their funeral cover!
