Useless call centre at old mutual!!!!!
Tried calling the call centre. Over 25 mins passed still no agent to take my call. Its regarding my missed premium. I want them to either double debit me this month or allow me to do an eft. Such a ****ing useless company. They got people workimg there but you can never get an agent to take your call and assist you. Old mutual is really getting ****ing useless. They should shut down if they cant assist their clients.
