Useless Call Centre

Since Friday (12th June) i have been trying to contact Old Mutual to find out what is happening with my funds withdrawal. I have been transferred from department to department yet everyone i speak to simply states that they don't deal with provident funds and they cant help me. I have wasted so much of my airtime being on hold at old mutual call centres. This is unacceptable. all i want is just to know what is happening but i'm being sent on a wild goose chase
