Useless!!!!!

I tried to make a withdrawal on my investment by using the WhatsApp method which was ridiculous, then I took further steps and went to their branch in Midrand. I was told that I will receive the funds within 10-15 days. Due to not receiving the funds from the day I claimed (24 Feb) till date (16 March) I then decided to call their head office. I was told I need to fill more documentation and send it to them which I don’t understand because I went to the branch to avoid emailing documents as I’m always on the road and have no access to a scanner nor a printer. This is frightening because I needed the money urgently and I was never told by the branch that there’s more paperwork that I have to fill in. Old Mutual is unreliable, unprofessional, ********* and its seems like their running a mediocre company ,for a financial institution Old Mutual is really careless.
