Useless and ***********

All be aware. This thieving company will ignore you and not pay out any of your retirement funds unless you are a multimillionaire. I have been trying to withdraw my retirement savings since September. Spoken to over 10 different consultants, each giving me different instructions on how to get my funds drawn. I am really at my end and feel at this point that I need to approach the ombudsman. Stay away from this place if you want any peace of mind for your future retirement. If I could give 0 stars, I would. No black Friday sale nor any xmas presents I could buy since I was waiting on my withdrawal. I will make sure that if anyone ever asks about Old Mutual I will steer them clear of this ******* company.
