Useless!!!
My mother passed away last year July. She had some form of business with Old Mutual, but we are not sure what. We have been trying to find out if it was a Policy or Insurance etc for about 3 months now, but we have had no feedback at all. After countless email and phone calls.<br> <br> Today was the last straw!! I called the call centre, they cant even tell me AGAIN, if my mom is even a client! I am now told to rather go to a branch. I then ask where is the closest branch, the answer....\ I don't know where our branches are 'mam\"!!!! ARE YOU JOKING????<br> <br> Never in my life!!! "
