USELESS!

What an absolute useless company!!! I submitted my father's death claim over a month ago, sent all of the required documents and no feedback or follow up. When you call the call center, no one ever answers!

Today, they send my dad a message to say he must come in to review his policy but his death certificate has been on their system for a month! No wonder people do the weirdest things to get your attention or at the very least acknowledgement.
