Never answer their phones!!! Never know what you talking about!! Poor communication s****s!!! Dumb consultants!!! Their walk-in facility consultants are unprofessional and useless!!! I want to cancel my policies with these idiots!!! I regret the day I was convinced to take a policy with them!!! Unprofessionalism at its lowest level!!!
