Use as **** on a Fish

Last year my pension fund was transferred from Old Mutual to Sanlam. Now I have SARS on my case because Old Mutual has not provided them with a Recognition of Transfer. The implication is that SARS will treat the transfer as a withdrawal with significant tax implications. To date no one at Old Mutual can resolve the issue, nobody calls back at the agreed date and time, nobody I have spoken to has access to deal with my query.
