"Us" as the Client Important...... As long as the Debit Orders come in!!!

I requested that my Investment be paid out to me. I faxed all the requested doc's on 27/02/19 and are still waiting for Old Mutual Customer Care to contact me. They are so quick when you miss a debit order, but when it comes to a refund, it's another story. I tried to phone the customer care line 0860-506-070 which was given on Old Mutual website. Holding on for almost 15 minutes and having to listen to "Your Call is important to us" hahahahaha................
