URGENT HELP WITH MY FUNDS

Good day,<br> <br> I want to lodge a complaint against Old Mutual regarding my pension fund money. I resigned from my previous work and ended my duties on the 31st of March, all my payout forms filled in and sent through for payment. I've been waiting since April, we are now in July, the fourth month and still I haven't got my pension money. I've been calling and doing follow ups, but I've been told that the matter is being escalated to the manager and that the manager will call me back, but no one called, the only person who did call me back is Boniswa, she is the only one that I can say she's been trying to sort this matter out. I even sent an e-mail regarding their service, but no one came back to me, not even the manager, I am hoping that involving you will help speed up the process. I am being told a different story every time I call, and I am tired of being nice and patient, I want this matter to be sorted out and that the manager to call me back with feedback on this. They keep telling that they will ask the manager to call me back, but the manager never calls me back. I am really fed up by their service, I am humbly asking for your prompt help, please help me sort this out. Thnx
