I would never recommend Old Mutual South Africa to anyone.. My grandmother who passed away a week ago was covered by my dad at old mutual who is late..They have this cover where even if the main account holder passes away the policy will be active,Now when my grandmother passed away we realised that she changed her Year of birth after policy was taken.

When claiming my mother was advised that since she needs a Affidavit since this is the case. Affidavit was done and all other documents.Old Mutual Funeral covers only paid .. even if there is a penalty it can not be this ridiculous.. Policy only paid her 6.5% of the amount..
