urgent assistance on ********ness

I contacted old mutual complaints on 22nd May to report a complaint on a judgement that was ********ly placed on my name. I never signed for this judgement I was supposedly served and was never notified about it . I am now negatively affected by this as I cannot get any work and this is on my credit record.
