I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in processing my policy cancellation requests that were sent via email on the 8th of March 2024. The details of the policies in question are as follows:

Policy Number: ***9 / LSESI1MC / 1 Life Covered: Mlungisi Mpanza Monthly Premium: R321

Despite sending two separate emails with a letter clearly stating my intention to cancel these policies, I have discovered this morning that they are still active on my mobile app. This situation is concerning as I am unsure of the timeframe required to action such requests as per my instructions.

I am reaching out to you to request urgent assistance in closing both of these policies as soon as possible. I want to avoid any complications or the need to reverse debit orders at the end of the month due to the policies not being cancelled as instructed.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please confirm receipt of this message and provide an update on the status of the policy cancellations.
