Upgrade Life cover (GREENLIGHT)

In September 2017 my broker upgraded my life cover. Initially my disability cover incl. the accelerator which was 700k. After the upgrade, the disability cover was reduced 500k. His explanation: So to break it down. Accelerators are 1 claim per benefit and the life cover funds are affected. The upgrade. Standalone and multiple claim which does not affect the life cover at all. In Nov 2017 the broker failed to cancel the existing debit order and my acc. was double debited. I was advised by my broker, Mogammad Schroeder that they will request OM to credit my acc. This never happened and I had to put a stop order in place, which I had to pay for. I escalated it to OM complaints dep. but they did not make any contact. I advised my broker that the funds will be returned for next 6 months. 24/01/18 broker advised that OM cannot provide acc details to transfer funds due to ***** prevention. In the interim my policy had not been paid and I have to go into the bank again to cancel the stop order and advise OM to force debit my account. I don't feel valued as a client, my time and money is being wasted on poor pathetic service and my issue has been dragging on for since November 2017. I'm sick and tired for paying for services, which are poorly executed or never rendered.
