UPDATED STATEMENT UNAVAILABLE???????????
Shocking service. Sent e-mail in February requesting updated statements. Informed I had to go via Whatsapp which I tried but could not get a statement. Phoned this morning, on the phone for about 30 minutes only to be told I have to go via Whatsapp. Tried again with the help of colleagues. Eventually got statements for the two policies. DATED 10/09/2024. I need updated statements for a divorce. Each time Attorney requests them it is costing me money. I NEED UPDATED STATEMENTS TODAY PLEASE!!!!!!!! Shocking return as well. Put in about R301K but it shows only R327K after many many years.
