Unwanted use of personal number for adverti*****ts
I have been plagued with promotional SMS's and Cold-calls from companies including Old Mutual, bypassing the POPI Act, by claiming I agreed to adverts by third parties on websites etc. I have not signed up with Old Mutual for promotions and would like the company to advertise without jumping through legal loopholes to do so.
