Unwanted emails that cannot be unsubscribed to or stopped. Very frustrating

We have had good service over the years. The provident fund has now been closed down completely.

However we still get regular emails with no ability to unsubscribe. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from all email lists. No one comes back to us and we still regularly receive emails with no unsubscribe. From what I understand this goes against consumers rights to not reeive unwanted emails.
