Untrained staff, lengthy process,repeated delays.

When its time to get your money,you will swim from cape to cairo,when you get to kairo they will send you to durban,from durban you must go to india and learn their native language,then write a 1000 letter in that language.Then go to russia and convince them to make peace with america. Only then wait for 5 working years.

ANOTHER DELAY,ANOTHER FORM NEEDED,MORE TIME WASTED AND AN INTENTIONAL DELAY TACTIC FOR MONEY NEEDED FOR AN EMERGENCY..WHY DO I NEED TO KEEP FILLING IN ANOTHER FORM, ANOTHER FORM,10 MORE FORMS AND 1 MILLION MORE FORMS WITH A POSSIBILITY OF ANOTHER FORM IN THE END? WHY AREN'T ALL THOSE FORMS GIVEN TO ME IN THE BEGINNING?
