UNSUSPEND MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My one account has been suspended and after going to the branch multiple times with the FICA documents which i'm always told are fine on their system, i get sms's everyday after leaving the branch saying my account is not FICA compliant. i'm am angry because what more do you want from me. i want my money. i've also been waiting for your complaints department to call me back and it's been almost 3 days and nothing. My debit order bounced because of this, i also couldn't even send my sick father money because again MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
