Unsolicited Call from Old Mutual

This morning I received an unsolicited call from Old Mutual offering me some kind of financial service. I asked the operator where she got my number from but she could not give me a straight answer. I asked to speak to one of her managers or supervisors, but no one was available, she then hung up the phone. I have never had any dealings with your company, so why am I being contacted and why do you have my details. I want a full review of this, plus the recording of the phone call this morning. I believe the popi act comes into play here.
