Unsavory business practices

I had 2 paid up flexi pension policies with Old Mutual and tracked the growth regularly .The last time I checked the expected payout was on R179k + however I only received R169 plus additional R699 no explanation where the rest went if this was with the bank I would’ve received my expected amount with no issues and no tax payable because the amount is less than R200k at first I thought SARS took some funds but this was not the case
