OLD MUTUAL MORE4U

I have been trying to contact anyone regarding an enquiry about an ambulance service and no one is able to assist me.

Is more4u not supposed to be a free service?? So how come I was billed to my medical aid???

Just trying to understand why I just received a bill??

I am expecting a call or response a.s.a.p.
