Unsatisfied with Old Mutual Group Scheme response after 5 months

I took out a Retirement Product with Old Mutual Group Scheme years back. Last year as l turned 55 l started the process of retiring from the fund in October. To date l have sent countless emails, calls go unswered, even when l call someone who gave me their direct land line number. All l keep getting is text msgs asking me to send a myriad of documents, which l always do but nothing comes out of that process, no call back, no acknowledgement, nothing. Am so frustrated cause l need the money to close gaps created by lockdown. Please Peter, help me.
