Unsatisfied customer.
I have been a client of old mutual for 2 years and they told me my policy had lapsed without any sms or anything and they take money from my acc... I opened a new few months ago and they deduct money from my acc every month and suddenly again they didn't get money on Jan, Feb and March.... God knows I'm tired of this company...
