Unsatisfied Behaviour by Old Mutual

I am writing out of extreme frustration, annoyance and absolute dissatisfaction with the way Old Mutual has handled my account. Your conduct is unacceptable and needs to be corrected immediately.

Please urgently advise me who authorised Old Mutual to debit my bank account on any random day of the month, when my debit orders have always been set to run after the 25th of every month.

I want to see proof of this authority in writing.

Your actions have resulted in multiple bank charges being deducted from my account due to your unauthorised attempts. I expect every cent of these charges to be reimbursed to me without delay.

Your system is useless. I called your office, held on for over an hour and explained this matter clearly, and yet two days later you still attempted to debit my account .

This is after I had also updated the information on your useless app last month and you went ahead and tried the same again last month! This shows a complete disregard for your clients and a lack of internal control.

This behaviour amounts to financial misconduct, and I will not tolerate it. I expect:

A full explanation of who authorised these irregular debits.

A copy of the mandate you to do whatever you want to do with my account.

Immediate reimbur*****t of all bank charges caused by your actions and negligence.

Written confirmation that my debit order will only run after the 25th as originally agreed.
