I'm very ****ed with Gcobisa Mncongceni she's been asking for documents to validate my account for me to be able to claim my rewards and when I attached them she keeps on asking for the same thing. You call their call centre still you can't get through to her I'm not sure if maybe she needs email etiquette course cause woow her level of incompetence is incomparable since the person who answer at the call centre says they can see my documents but only Gcobisa can't and she is the only one responding to my email.....please look into this
