Unresolved query from year 2021
Rating should be Zero. Awaiting query logged from 2021 till date. *** dated 26/2/2021, ***. Last ref on 27/7/2026-Old mutual is still working on case. Not a single email or an arranged teams call as I requested. Old mutuals emails even being returned as undelivered and their explanation was they have a system issue. I have been several times to their branch and still nothing. Been a client with old mutual for 32 years with business given to them. Unprofessional service
