Unresolved Claim @ Old Mutual Vredendal Office

They should be getting a very low score on client service. It's been a year since the death of my uncle. Repeatedly submitting documents. Visiting the branch due to documentation that they allegedly did not receive. How can this be possible?? Is it a tactic to force beneficiaries to loose hope and give up? It's unacceptable and unprofessional. They aren't even very helpful with information while they have the client profile at their fingertips 😡😡😡. We will however take further action.
