Unreliable

We have submitted a claim since 25/08/2020 and to date we have not received any feedback and we have been to different branches in Vaal but and everytime we will be told that we have outstanding documents that we still need to submit but yet all required documents have been submitted and they dont even specify which document are outstanding At some point we were info that all documents were received. It was for two separate claim one for investment and the other for retirement but to date no payment has been made not communication has been done so we can know what's the status of our claim
