Unreliable

I claimed my refund with Old Mutual after cancelling an investment policy with them. They wrote me an email saying they will refund me first week of September 2024. I am still waiting it is even first week of October 2024. They’re not trustworthy and I have a life cover with them. I am worried that should I pass on, they will not pay out and my children will be left in the street with no life cover payout to pay for my mortgage!!
