Unreliable

Old Mutual has a tendency of not keeping their promises when their money account is utilized for buying goods.

On Saturday, 2024-04-02 I swiped an amount of R3909.34 with their money account but to date i have not received any investment for the money I spent as promised. To my surprise other purchases after the above there were investment. I was hopeful that after the system upgrades they will pick it up and update. This is not the first incident but I'm over it.
