Unrelaible and terrible service.
I received the worst service, Old Mutual Superfund is the worst account to use for provident, pension, or retirement. I put in a claim at Old Mutual SuperFund for my provident money to be transferred into a new account after leaving my previous employer. It's now four months and they haven't paid/transferred. I have been sending emails, calling and they keep saying my money will be transferred the same day but still nothing. Even till today they still haven't paid me my money
