Unreasonable cancellations

I have a sister that was physically disabled and was declared disabled a while back but ny parents didn’t inform us about alot of things then, i just recently heard that she had an accident/disability cover with Old Mutual but when they tried to claim on it they were refunded the premiums on the policy.
