Unreachable Customer Service
I really dont know why they have contact details listed on their website for customers to call. Its just a voice recording playing for 40+min over-and-over saying that they "will be with you shortly" then eventually the call disconnect. An email takes 5-10 working days to be answered. But trhey are VERY quick to call you when they want to sell you something.
