UNPROFFESSIONALISM

I took out a life cover with old mutual and had been paying preimiums for almost for a year. I got worried when I noticed there were no more debits going through my account then I decided to find out today. I found out my policy had lapsed and there was nothing that can be done instead told to take another one. what surprises me IS THE LACK OF PROFFESSIONALISM, I RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER FROM MY SO CALLED FINANCIAL ADVISOR , BUT I AM VERY SURE WHEN THEY ARE DOING THE UNDERWRITTING THEY GIVE YOU ALL DUE DILIGENCE CAUSE THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, FROM THERE YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THEM. WHAT A ******* WORLD THAT PEOPLE WILL DO ASNYTHING FOR THE MONEY AND NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. DISGUSTED. <br> <br>
