unproffesional staff

I went to oldmutual around 11 am and the system was offline,i waited there for about an hour while still waiting there their staff was unproffesional,they were busy making loud noise like they were at the creche,it was so irritating because we didnt not want to hear what they were discussing,it was two ladies and one fat guy i think the other ladies name was Mpolokeng,it was disgusting and so annoying,please teach your staff how to behave infront of clients!
