Unprofessionalism
Im at the Sandton Branch and i came in for assistance to inquire why is the cancelation of ROT02 becoming a delay. Then im assisted by a gentle by tge name of Hudson Manyemba who talks so much and listens very little. And even worse he goes on psycho analysing us. Then speaks to one of the consultants i have been communicating with and lies infront of me and takes my words out context hes so unprofessional. No help from the branch and from those from the OLD MUTUAL WEALTH SCHEME

I have sent numerous emails and he still send my complaints to the same advisors thag require Reuben to cancel the R0T02. And yet he fails to communicate accurately with those that report to him. This is becoming very concerning to see how Old Mutual handle clients whem the invest..
