UNPROFESSIONALISM BEYOND DESCRIPTION
<p>Old Mutual was supposed to pay my investment out because I wanted to take a different one.</p> <p>They told me it was going to take about 7 working days and now they're changing and telling me their bull-**** story.</p> <p>It's not about the investment and them not paying me but the principle.</p> <p>If they're failing to honor their own word now to me while I am still alive I am doubting they'll be able to honor my life policy agreement with them to my loved ones hence I have decided to cancel my life policy.</p> <p>I can't be doing business with an entity that is so incompetence and not unified in terms of decision making.</p> <p>I want my money by Monday latest or alternatively I will be taking further steps against them cause I have all communication on my email.</p>
