Unprofessional service from claims department
I have been waiting for my fund payout for months, i get no feedback every time, i followed up today and spoke to a very unfriendly consultant by the name of Ilsa Kleynhans, her job was to inform me about the progress of my claim in detail but she sounded very sleepy and unhelpful.
