unprofessional service for loans
i app**** for loan on Monday, the lady i app**** with forgot to send a email which i was supposed to reply to with supporting documents, i called in and got a guy called matthew taylor, he sent an e mail which i rep**** to with supporting documents, up untill today no one has come back to me saying i was approved or not. i emailed mathew a million times he doesn't reply. very unprofessional
