Unprofessional service

I visited the Greenacers branch in the bridge yesterday and was shocked at the way I was received.I needed to see a consultant and was dealing with Doné telephonically for a while and needed to finalise my loan application.The manager was very unprofessional in the manner of speaking to her staff and it made me feel very uncomfortable.She was very unpleasant and unfriendly. I don't think creating such an environment infront of clients is very welcoming let alone professional.I was so disturbed that I did not even feel to continue my loan application and thinking of cancelling my existing policies with old mutual.I think the manager's name is Esmeralda.
