Unprofessional Service

I have been a client with Old Mutual since i started working years back and invested in different policies for myself even for my kids taking out educational plans etc. Since i decided to start taking out of my funds i have been given unprofessional service from Pinelands Head Office call center. For the past month i have been battling with you guys to withdraw all my funds from my Protektor account. I called Old Mutual spoke to several consultants giving me different stories and even telling me i don't have funds available i then went in to the office and thank you to the brilliant service i received from Shareefa at the front line help desk that manage to find my money, well done Shareefa you need a great award for your professionalism. I now still sitting with a problem trying to get my funds paid out to me and call center agents giving me a time frame of 2 to 3 weeks in order for the claim to be finalized and still not finalized.It's become a problem that call center agents does not give the correct time frames and needs to be retrained their policy agreements.I'm being told that i need to wait another 2 weeks for my claim to be paid out i just think that the services pathetic.
