Unprofessional service

I withdrew from two pot on the 19th September 2024. They said turn around time is within 30 days but I haven't received the money. They always tell the same story of escalation even after 40 days plus. Reading reviews they seem to problematic when it comes to payouts. I am even considering changing my retirement annuity cause I forsee problems when the time of retirement comes.
