Unprofessional Old Mutual

I have been trying to get hold of Old mutual regarding my policy but to no avail. Been in the phone for almost a week 30 minute on the phone listen g to the music and no once answers the phone. I sent countless messages but no one is coming back to assist. This is very unprofessional of Old Mutual. As a client od Old Mutual I am so dissapoint Ed with their service and REGRET signing up with them. To this date I have not been assisted. This is really frustrating and so unpfeossioanal of them. They sent an sms that my August Co tribution was not receivedbut when I tried to call them to rectify their MISTAKE no o e is available to answer the phone!
