unprofessional employees

i am tired of old mutual officials who keep transferring my calls and not assisting with anything, some of them we cant even hear what they are saying on the phone because of noisy kids in the background and some just sound like they are sleeping. i have been on the phone since 8 this morning till now getting transferred and some of them cutting me off.

ALL I WANT HELP WITH IS TO CANCEL 1 RETIREMENT ANNUITY AND TRANSFER THE MONEY INTO THE OTHER ONE AND ONLY HAVE ONE RETIREMENT ANNUITY INSTEAD OF TWO!!!!!
