Unprofessional Contact Centre agents.

I have been getting calls from Old Mutual since Monday to check if I'm happy with my policies. When I try to explain that I'm not happy because some of my policies no longer appear when I check on old mutual mobile app, they just drop the call.

Old Mutual is trying to do damage control after everything that happened to them but their useless agents are making matters worse. I hope someone will call and explain what's happening with the 3 policies that are no longer appearing under my profile. You debiting monthly premiums without fail every month but you doing nothing to improve the level of service you are providing.
