Unprofessional consultants & disappointed client

I changed the stop order payment method on my policy from last year August to debit order & as from October 2024 debit order payments resumed.I received email from Old Mutual stating that I'm in arrears because the stop order has not been receiving money.I informed them that I'm paying via debit order as the change was done by one of their consultants in the branch. They are threatening of lapsing the policy if I'm not paying this R1890 by the 5th of May 2025.I've been sending them my last 6 months bank statement as a proof of debit order payments & my payslip for when the policy was paying via stop order to prove that I've never missed on any payments. One of the agents said the problem was that they never taken off the stop order mandate on my name on their system so apparently their system is still showing stop order & debit order as methods of payments. My question now is how can one client pay for the same product twice? Are they expecting me to pay via debit order & stop order at the sane time? What is so difficult in removing the stop order mandate? I have been paying this policy for ten years if not more than that for them to give me this unprofessionalism.I'm really so fed up with Old mutual greenlight & whenever you call them their consultants are forever confused & you will hold the line for an hour.Old mutual you need to do better to your clients.Right now I'm at the verge of loosing my whole life cover & funeral benefits.Should anything happen to me now my children will not be able to fight for what is due to them with you.I feel like I have wasted my hard earned money with Old mutual greenlight.
