Unprofessional and zero client care
Teddy from SureFin contacted me today to resolve a complaint. He speaks to me on his Bluetooth with his wife present with no regard for POPI or my privacy. Then, he makes it seem like my complaint is my fault and when my husband asks for a record of advice, he is unable to answer. Shockingly unprofessional.
